This promotional music video shoot giveaway is exclusively for Houston-based artists. Participants must reside within the Houston metropolitan area to qualify. Ax'cess Production Studios reserves the right to verify the residency of all participants.

By booking this offer, artists acknowledge that:

​

• The entire video shoot (up to 5 hours) must be completed in one continuous session on the scheduled day or night.

• The song length must be between 3 1/2 to 4 minutes, with no exceptions.

• Rescheduling is not permitted after booking.

• Artists are responsible for all aspects of the shoot outside of videography, including but not limited to outfits, locations, props, and additional equipment.

 

If filming outside of Houston, a $50 travel fee applies, plus $0.69 per mile after the first 10 miles. This fee must be paid prior to the shoot.

 

Usage Rights and Compensation: If the artist enters the video into any competition, uploads it to YouTube, or submits it to any network station, Ax'cess Production Studios will hold 50% of the rights to any compensation received from the project. In such cases, Ax'cess Production Studios must also be credited as co-director, camera operator, and editor on the project.

 

This offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other service. Ax'cess Production Studios retains full creative and editorial control over the final video product. We reserve the right to cancel or modify the terms of this offer at any time without notice.
