Service Description
Celebrate your pregnancy with an affordable 75-minute maternity portrait session in our private home studio in Spring/Northeast Houston. This special includes the expectant mother, one outfit, one backdrop, one personal prop, and three professionally edited digital photographs. Please arrive completely dressed, prepared, and photo-ready. A partner may be photographed for an additional $15 when selected as an add-on during online booking. Only the person or persons being photographed may attend. However, one support person may accompany the expectant mother if assistance is needed. Due to limited studio space, no additional guests or children are permitted unless they are being photographed. Full payment is required online. Thirty percent of every payment is nonrefundable. Cancellations and missed appointments receive a 70% refund. Online rescheduling closes 24 hours before the appointment. The exact studio address will be sent after the fully paid booking is confirmed. This introductory special is limited to the first 10 fully paid bookings.
Cancellation Policy
All photography sessions must be booked and paid in full online. Thirty percent (30%) of every payment is a nonrefundable booking and preparation fee. If a client cancels or misses the scheduled appointment, 70% of the total amount paid will be refunded, and Ax’cess Production Entertainment & Media will retain 30%. Please arrive completely dressed, prepared and ready to be photographed. Only the person or persons scheduled to be photographed may attend. Youth sessions are limited to ages 9 and older. Any client under 18 must be accompanied by one parent or legal guardian. No children under age 9 or additional guests are permitted inside the home studio due to limited space and seating. Clients may reschedule online up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
