Service Description
Capture life’s special moments without the long wait or big price tag! Our Mini Photoshoots give you a 30–45 minute session with 1 outfit change, professional lighting, and a select number of beautifully edited photos. Perfect for quick family portraits, branding headshots, or just fresh content at your favorite location. For the Texas area and everything in your mini photoshoot package: 45-minute session 1 outfit change Outdoor (25 miles included for locations other than the studio from the + 77014 zip code) or indoor location Included Edits: This package comes with 4 professionally edited images of your choice. After your session, you’ll receive a proof gallery to select your favorites, and we’ll deliver the 4 edited photos within 3–5 business days. Turnaround Time: Your selected photos will be fully edited and delivered within 3–5 business days after you make your final selections. Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee. Rush Option (Optional Add-On): 48-hour turnaround for an extra $40 24-hour turnaround for an extra $75
Cancellation Policy
Ax’cess Production Studios Online Booking Policy We are committed to providing a smooth and professional booking experience for all our clients. To ensure fairness and availability for everyone, please review the following policies before scheduling your session. 1. Booking Rules Payment: All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your spot. Scheduling Window: Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to ensure proper preparation. Session Time: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your session. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time or rescheduling fees. 2. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. One complimentary reschedule is allowed per booking if notice is given on time. Additional reschedules will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours’ notice may require rebooking at the full session rate. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 7 days or more before the session: Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations made 3–6 days before the session: 50% refund of the session fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session: No refund; booking is non-transferable. 4. No-Show Policy Failure to arrive for a scheduled session without notice will result in loss of session fee with no refund or reschedule offered. 5. Weather or Emergency Exceptions Outdoor sessions affected by severe weather or emergency circumstances will be rescheduled without penalty at the studio’s discretion. 6. Session Add-Ons & Upgrades All add-ons (e.g., extra outfits, premium sets, rush edits) must be requested at the time of booking or at least 48 hours in advance.
